Limited License for Indexing, Advertising, Marketing and Prospective Customer Evaluation.

Subject to the Terms of Service, BidPrime hereby grants a limited license of its curated datasets to private search engines and their advertising and marketing affiliates who are not competitors of BidPrime the revocable right to crawl, index, rank and interact with advertising and marketing services for purposes of search engine capability, marketing and advertising of BidPrime. BidPrime also hereby grants a limited license to potential customers of BidPrime who are not competitors of BidPrime the revocable right to share with colleagues and other potential customers of BidPrime for purposes of product and service evaluation.
